This is going to be a throwback sec slugfest. It will come down to which QB plays better. I think stidham will protect the ball more than burrows and has more experience. Auburn still remembers the game that got away last season, which will be extra motivation. Auburn 17 lsu 14

LSU would have to play a perfect game to win.

Auburn wins by at least 10. Fans and players going to want revenge. Auburn's D isn't baby shite soft like Miami's. Stidham makes enough plays to win and pull away in second half

If it comes down to that, then Auburn by 21+.

No such thing as a perfect game. Did you not learn anything from last night?

No one asked if your team is relevant. You guys are in danger of falling out of the big 6

Normally this game is close. Turnovers is the key to victory an which secondary doesn’t give up a big play. I despise Auburn but I respect this rivalry cause it’s usually hard nose football. Let’s do this.

LSU would need to play very well, but not a perfect game.

LSU suspended some guys for the SELU game, that played the week before against Miami, and will be back for the Auburn game. That includes a starting offensive tackle.
As you might have noted, LSU looked eerily similar vs Miami and Southeastern on offense, and I don't think there's a chance in hell that Southeastern approaches the Hurricane's D. So the line will be upgraded.

LSU's defense has been stingy and strong, and has gotten a lot of backups in. Even vs Miami, we pulled a lot of starters out in the 2nd half.

LSU has been good in special teams, and saw another 50 yd FG yesterday. Kickoffs have been deep, punt coverage has been good.

Teams need to score to win. I don't think Auburn will score a lot on LSU's defense, especially the starters; and LSU has shown that they can get points once they get inside the 40.
That's a dangerous opponent to face, no matter who you are.

Our QB isn't impressive, but when's the last time that has really factored into an LSU game?

Texas wanted revenge for the embarrassing loss to Maryland, we see how that went.

Not true. He’s played 2 college games. Zero turnovers. Runs well. Makes great throws but holds the ball too long. Inexperienced, yes. Sucks, no.

Burrow is good just not getting much time. Still not good for us but if we can give him some time he will make plays.

Auburn probably wins. LSU has a shot if they can avoid mistakes and make some plays.

Usually a close game. Home team usually wins. LSU will have to keep pressure on Stidham the entire game and force him to make a lot of mistakes to have a chance.
