All that trolling you did before the game and your team got run out of the stadium in the first half. Typical.

ND would have 4-6 losses in tSEC. you would've played Toledo in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl

There's no place like Notre Dame, either. And I don't mean this in any foul spirit at all.. CONGRATS on the great season. Y'all are finally back like Bama only recently returned to prominence when Saban arrived.

It takes a great coach. i think y'all got one.

We kept telling Notre Dame fans that there was no way the Irish would outnumber like they were predicting. And the "they can't afford to go" stuff was great. I guess we had proxies in Pasadena and New Orleans.

I think Florida would beat Notre Dame, but not by that much. Your offense isn't in the same realm as Alabama's.

What was your favorite play, Chad?

Mine was probably the 2 yard Yeldon TD with our NT, Jesse Williams lead blocking. He pancaked two Irish on that one! A thing of beauty.

ND was coached extremely well this year and displayed great class the entire game. Kudos to you all.

It is a shame the media made the Irish their darlings and placed them in the game against a far superior Alabama team. The game was over before either team took the field Monday night.

Imagine waking up Tuesday morning to realize ND had to travel to LSU this weekend, Florida at home next weekend, A&M after that, then finish up the season with Georgia at a neutral site. In this respect, ND or any other outsider cannot compete with the SEC. An outsider may luck up and win one game against an SEC team, but will never run the table through the gauntlet that is the SEC.

Helluva season for you all nonetheless. Hope Kelly can keep the magic rolling for years to come.

Had a blast as well (still hung over as a matter of fact)! Notre Dame fans aren't nearly as bad as people say they are. Met a lot of good peeps who represented ND well.

I'm also happy to report no soul was teabagged this year, so that's a positive for both ND and 'Bama.

UF and ND both suck. One team limped to the finish line and the other had no business being in the championship.

All of my Alabama friends said that Notre Dame people were largely of the sidewalk variety, and lacked any sense of proper style for the occasion. Even got a picture of a dude wearing a ND hoody and gym shorts in a relatively nice bar sent to me the night before the game.

Florida probably was a victim of lack of motivation. They beat LSU, A&M, and South Carolina, and proved themselves as a solid team this year.

But much like our disaster against Utah in 08, you got humiliated. You can't talk shite to Notre Dame. Suck it up and prove yourselves again next year.
