Aside from the asterisks season of last year, I had to go all the way back to 2001 to find a LSU team that wasn't ranked when we played Alabama.

Just stating a fact to blow up the claim that LSU is crap and the reason why Bama's numbers aren't higher.

I've got Alabama at 23 pre-playoff games vs end of year Top 25 teams from 2015-2020, with a record of 19-4.

2015 : 5-1 (#9 Ole Miss)
2016 : 5-0
2017 : 2-1 (@ #10 Auburn)
2018 : 4-0
2019 : 0-2 (#1 LSU, @ #14 Auburn)
2020 : 3-0

Over that same period LSU had 22 pre-playoff games vs end of year Top 25 teams, with a record of 9-13.

2015 : 1-2
2016 : 0-4
2017 : 1-2
2018 : 2-3
2019 : 4-0
2020 : 1-2

Not a fact, an opinion. A very stupid opinion at that. Here is a fact you window licking mental giant:

Let's see how much the list changes when you just count regular season games.

These threads are always weird when people respond without doing research.

First response is about inbreeding despite Louisiana and other SEC states having higher rates than Alabama.

Your second post is backhand put down to LSU, people expect LSU to good to elite every year based on talent but doesn't finish higher than their Preseason ranking half the time over the past decade.

Let's analyse this whole "Alabama doesn't play anybody" thing:
What is that suppose to substantiate?..they're not that good?...they shouldn't be in the playoffs?
If a team plays an SEC schedule plus OOC games and has only one loss, should they be a playoff team? (has any SEC team done this and not get in?)
If they are a playoff team and eventually make the championship game, are they legitimate?
Alabama has played in 5 of the 7 games.
How can their season schedule, being an SEC team, possibly come into question?

I think it was more you don’t play anyone pre season. But what can you do about that when you schedule them when they are good 10 years earlier.

Of course you will play ranked teams in the play offs and sec championship every year.

The LSU fans suffer greatly from Bama kicking that azz year after year and it is documented for you already.

No need to attempt to reason with them.

Remember 2019 and forget 2020

Since 2015, pre-playoff games vs teams that finished the season in the Top 25

Alabama : 23 (19-4)
LSU : 22 (9-13)
Clemson : 17 (16-1)

Clemson has only played 5 Top 25 teams (ND 2x in 2020) in the regular season/ACCCG in the past 3 seasons.

2018 - #15 Syracuse, #16 Texas A&M
2019 - #25 Virginia (ACC CG)
2020 - #5 Notre Dame (2x), #22 Miami

2020 was the first time in the time period above in which Clemson played a team that finished in the Top 10 during the regular season/conference title game (Notre Dame 2x, went 1-1).

Top 10 Final Poll Opponents pre-playoff since 2015
- LSU : 13 (4-9) (6 were Alabama)
- Alabama : 8 (5-3) (2 were LSU)
- Clemson : 2 (1-1) (2 were Notre Dame)

c nite is a bama fan that is just riding on bama being successful. And its amazing the number of bama fans that act like bama is a clean program.

But I know its killing bama fans to be #2 on the list for having the greatest season in CFB.

As a former Bama athlete I revel in the fact my team and 17 others were put on probation, for getting textbooks
