He’ll have heart issues after year 1 when they get beat by OU.

Isn't his health issue something in his brain that causes migraines when he is stressed?

Do the longhorn fans think that he won't have a stressful job?

Unless I see some flight trackers, I don't think I can be convinced.

Meyer went from ragging on Texas to strangely silent on them weeks ago. I think he'd entertain the idea, but the family is going to object. They are home in Ohio, and coupled with his repeated health issues related to stress ... there is no more stressful job in sports than HC in Austin

UM would be an idiot to take that job

He is going to Texas guys. It makes to much sense. They will pay him north of 8 mill in a heart beat.

Lol...LSU dumbass...why would A&M be scared of someone we don’t play? Take away the years the Aggies were fighting this country’s wars ...the Texas draft dodgers are barely better than the Aggies. Every big win streak Dildo U had against the Aggies was during a war. Since the end of the Vietnam war, in 1975..the record is almost even.

I don't think he'd be an idiot to take that job. It's pretty clear he's one of a few coaches that has proven he can win anywhere and can rebuild programs (Bowling Green, Utah, Florida, OSU). I actually think he's also one of the few coaches that has enough clout with his resume to do things how he wants to do without caving to the Texas old guard, like Saban was able to do at Alabama. They'd also pay him whatever he wanted.

I have no idea how his family would feel about it, but just looking at it from the perspective as to whether he could turn them into a winning program again and be paid well to do it, I think it would be a fine landing spot. If I were him, I may be more inclined to hold out for the USC job, but Texas would make sense too IMO

And I think it deserves mentioning that his issues with his health always seem to be manufactured and present themselves at times where things are falling apart around him. He left Florida right as that player control situation reached a boiling point. And he left OSU right as the leaks began about him overlooking his assistant beating his wife. Both times, he cited health reasons as why he left. I personally didn't buy it either time.
