Oak Hill / Circle C are probably your best options then. Very safe, young family neighborhoods, close to a lot of necessities, far from the riff raff, tons of trees and outdoor spaces / parks / trails, and easy access to 290 and Mopac.

If you haven't done so, take a look at www.HAR.com. It has a great map search feature.

Circle C Ranch. Nice neighborhood/suburb development south of Austin off of Mopac.

Stayed at the W a couple weeks ago. Rainey street and S. Congress were awesome but the riverfront was awful

The """high paying""" companies haven't even started hiring yet either. As of now it's the metro with the worst income to rent ratio outside of CA. Thank god for corporate America fricking up an already fricked up city because it's amenable to Californians.

Even our fricking head coach is a Californian. OUR LAST TWO OF THEM ACTUALLY
