Dear Transcend LSU,Your stupid and judgemental. My husband and I do not live in a Trailer Park and are not red Necks. My husband and I could buy and sell you 2 times over so act like you have money or class. But I will tell you Austin has become a shite hole. I live 30 miles from there and City of Austin has become a clown show!! every one with good sense is moving out.

*you’re stupid

At any rate, does your husband know you’re clowning yourself on the internet again? He’s not going to be pleased when he finds out.

You already know it is some shite small town.

I know, I just want to hear them say it. Funniest part of this expansion by far is the proclivity of all the mouth-breathing necks living in places like Lake Charles, Jackson, and Shreveport falling all over themselves to say Austin is a shithole. They just cannot help themselves and it’s been hilarious to watch.

Based on where you both work, the age, and description... your best bet is Allandale/Brentwood/Crestview area.

Close to the 'action', good bars/restaurants close, parks, etc. and in between the Domain/Downtown.

That area is in a great location, houses don't stay on the market long there though!

Make sure that you leave the red politics behind when you move here.

Lakeway or Steiner would work for your lifestyle. Big tech means downtown or domain. Lakeway to domain would be a hike. Also consider NW Austin. My wife is a realtor and prices are way up but it isn’t as bad as it was six months ago.

I've given Steiner a good look, Lakeway is too far out for us. Seems like you can get some decently updated houses for a reasonable price there. Even Steiner to Domain is a haul.

How is Lakeway nowadays?

Are you bringing private security or hiring some once you move there?

This guy knows a shithole when he sees one. I have family living in Shv/Bossier. When he says Austin is now a shithole, I believe him.
