Best food I had in London years ago was Indian food… lots of seasoning…

Plenty of my small town Texas high school classmates I grew up with now look kinda like this…

Europe is getting fatter and fatter every day.

Sometimes I walk through a Globus and feel like I'm in a Walmart in Duluth.

The longer McDonalds etc is there, they will keep getting fatter.

That and a sedentary lifestyle. It’s no accident Colorado does well here.

I know that city well! Always hot (it will hit 100 today), lots of Mexican food. Other than golf, not much to do outside.

I’m a big believer that a big part of a healthy lifestyle is living in a place that’s not hostile to walking and getting outside.
