Charles Scott would have to be the standout here.

How exactly does that affect the yards per game?

And notice he is not even on the list for total all purpose yards, dumbass.

He would have led the league and rushing, and all-purpose yards by far. (not per game.)

The whole "drinking the kool-aid" got under my skin.

You're lucky he missed the LSU game. He would have put 200+ on your D.

Hell, our 3rd string RB put up 120

LOL, so what. The fact is he did not. In anything. You can't speculate this stuff and pass it off as fact.

Then you agree he should have led the league in yards per carry right?

Too bad he was 4th.

And the Kool-Aid comment was originally directed at whatever hog fan had convinced himself that Smith was the all purpose conference leader.

That wasn't you. However, I now think my comment applies to you as well. Just sayin.

Wike Wallace was the SEC's leader in AP yards. Nobody ever would've guessed that.

Anyways best RB is Michael Smith. Brandon Bolden is going to frick shite up though.

You guys are missing the point. Yes, Smith was injured last year. He's too small to be a feature back.

Chuck the Truck isn't.

Chuck the Truck is a Kung Fu expert not a college RB

To be technical, the Auburn All-Time Top 5 backs surpass the Arkansas All-Time Top 5 backs in total yardage by less than 300 yards. Georgia falls behind to 3rd by over a thousand yards.

And before someone asks, the Top 10, 15, and 20 follows the same trend with it being Auburn, Arkansas, then Georgia, on down the line......

Michael Smith did not lead a single statistical category in the SEC last year. Whoever said he was the "most productive" is completely full of it. Sounds like an Arkansas fan is just drinking their kool-aid, that's all.

Rushing -

1 Knowshon Moreno; 1400 yards
2 Glen Coffee; 1383
3 Charles Scott; 1174
4 Michael Smith; 1072

Rushing per game -

1 Moreno - 107.7 yards per game
2 Smith - 107.2
3 Coffee - 98.8
4 Scott - 90.3

Rushing average per carry

1 Coffee - 5.9 yards per carry
2 Moreno - 5.6
3 Scott - 5.4
4 Smith - 5.2

Scoring TDs

1 Scott - 18 TDs
2 Moreno - 16
3 Mark Ingram - 12
3 Tim Tebow - 12

All Purpose yards

1 Moreno - 1822
2 Mike Wallace (Ole Miss) 1737

All Purpose yards per game

1 Wallace - 144.8
2 Smith - 141.4
3 Moreno - 140.2

I think you are proving he's poised to be the most productive in 2009...He also played in at least 3 less games...Quit being a bitch

Obviously with the stats listed above, it'll be between Scott & Smith for '09 leader. Since Coffee & Moreno are gone.

As much if I want to say Charles Scott, I can becuase Kieland williams will get a lot of touches. We are just to solid at RB. I have to go with Michael Smith

I agree he is "poised" to be one of the best backs again in the SEC this season. Did I ever deny that? I was simply refuting your fellow hog fan's claim that he was the "most productive" LAST season.

There is a big difference between "poised to be next year" and "already was last year".

He also played in at least 3 less games

That doesn't affect any of the yard per game or yard per carry stats. He didn't lead those either. He could have played in all 3 games and Knowshon still would have had more yards.

Quit being a bitch

I'm a bitch for pointing out factual inaccurate statements? Nah...the only bitch here is the hog fan who made the original claim and you other hog fans who continue to argue the point even though the numbers are not in your favor.

2 Smith - 141.4
3 Moreno - 140.2

Arent all the bold guys gone?

So i'd say those stats pretty much support the Arkansas claim as Michael Smith as "most productive RB in the Sec" for this upcoming season
