Their fan base sits at the very top of the "football ignorant" posters list on this board. Any debate with logic involved regarding football stats or the game in general is a complete waste of your time with them.

Most overrated #4 of all-time was definitely the Brodie Croyle 2005 team that LSU beat down. My final answer.

When there is a discrepancy this great in the numbers dealing with nearly every statistical category there is something more there than simply sos. Sure, some of it can be credited to sos, but it doesn't make up for this big of a gap. You haven't faced exactly stellar teams by the way, although I would give you that you did beat a good Georgia team.
The 87th best total offense though? Bad defenses we played or not, you're not going to beat us with the 87th best offense. Mix that with ya'll giving up 18 sacks and we have the second most sacks. Your offense can't pass block. You will be playing from behind which makes you one dimensional. This is setting up for a blowout. It's going to be a long night for 50% Joe.

Wasn't bama ranked #3 one year and finished with 3 wins?

All the big wins from every team shown will still come up short of LSU’s competition.

So you're saying LSU is relatively close to Bama in almost all statistical categories while playing a significantly stronger schedule to this point in the season.

It’s going to be a bloodbath.

They are letting past close game experiences and group think cloud their judgement and most of them really have no idea what’s coming to Death Valley this weekend.

Defensive numbers are statistically similar as usual. The LSU offense has benefitted from great field position thanks to excellent defense and special teams.

Could one not just as easily argue that based on this year, Bama could be an overrated #1 team? Sure they have great offensive numbers, but the schedule thus far has been quite easy.

No doubt. I'm dropping at least $150 on Bama and the points.

All I can say is for you'll sake you had better hope so. Imagine losing to the most overrated #4 of all time. I assure you, you will never hear the end of it and it will be the beginning of the shift of power away from Bama.

It will be bad. They will realize it pretty early on and start drumming up conspiracy theories.

These numbers are pretty, but none of them matter. Only thing that does is 7-1.
