Overall? Absolutely, but the talent is inexperienced, so we will be an average team next year IMO

Doesn't matter with no experience basically anywhere. When you lose THAT much on both sides of the ball and with the youth you'll be starting you will at best be winning 8 games. Could easily fall flat on your face and only win 5 or 6 too. Chemistry/experience is huge in CFB.

Easily you can, you're ranked in the Top 20 in MANY polls, that's way overhyped considering you're staring a 7-5ish season in the face. Auburn shouldn't be ranked, and the only reason you are is one simple fact - you're coming off a NC.
It's not your fault, they do this every year...LSU had no business being ranked after we won our NC in 2007 considering what we lost and THEN some more when Perrilloux was kicked off, but we were ranked and boom, 8-5 finish...

That's what I expect. I guess you could say we're overhyped in the polls, but like you said it's more of a courtesy ranking. Most people on here think we'll go 7-5 though

I think his reasoning is the preseason polls. Which matter none.
Auburn is expected in almost everything you read to be 7 or 8 win team. Which is not over hyped at all. Its reality

Who's over hyping AU? The polls? Not many fans on here have said AU will be good.

You are singling out a couple of polls. Otherwise AU is getting very little press, or lip service towards being a top team in CFB. A 20-25 ranking hardly qualifies as reason to back your argument. Nice try though

Relf....Looked great in the bowl game but not sure if he maintains that in SEC play.
Arkansas...big question marks at QB and O line
Miles....can't have the clock management skills he has and the inability to clap and be as highly regarded as he is.
I think there are other teams and coaches that should have been on the list to pick from.
