One player?
Let's see. Cam Newton stole a computer and was kicked out of UF. Where did he finish his college ball?
Nick Marshall. Kicked out of UGA for stealing from teammates. At Auburn (where else) he's caught with marijuana in his car. Does Auburn dismiss this two-time loser? Of course not.
Tray Matthews was kicked off of Georgia's team after his arrest on theft by deception. He is welcomed at Auburn with open arms.
They should shoot Last Chance U on the plains.
What is the response when a player is arrested anywhere in the country?
"Well, Auburn has just found their next starting (insert position here)."

Georgia recruited and signed Matthews and kicked him off of the team when he performed a criminal act. Auburn, knowing of said criminal act, accepted and played him.

Please explain your understanding of what happened with Scam at UF, because everyone knows he was arrested with a stolen computer and was suspected of academic dishonesty. Does it really matter if he was kicked off or left on his own? The fact is, he was a criminal when he left UF, and still a criminal when he signed on at Last Chance U Auburn.

More than Archie

Without question. Most older fans like Archie, and Saints fans make up like half the fan base. I wouldn't even say he's widely disliked.

quote:

Eli

Maybe at the time he was playing, if only because of all the Jackie stuff. But, looking back through the hindsight magic, statistically he's the same college QB as Tyler Russell and worse than Bo or Kelly. Honestly there isn't a lot of lingering care about Eli. He went to his dad's Alma mater, can't blame him, most of us are genuinely indifferent.

quote:

Bo Wallace

Delivered a lot of good laughs, was a good QB. Kind of muddles in a long string of transfer QB's though, significantly less remembered or disliked than most of his team mates. Every player over the last 5-7 years is under Freeze's shadow, which is unfortunate, because there are some good moments and players that we won't be talking about 20 years from now the way we do the late 90's.

quote:

and AJ Brown?

Again, for some I'm sure, especially since it's still fresh. But for the most part people have embraced his success, good for him. It really helps that all the Golden Triangle kids have good relationships and you see that commradery play out between he and Gay/Jones/Kylin/etc... on social media. Also a decent amount of that got redirected to Dan's spotty recruiting.

Could see this one being different if you guys didn't suck though. It's hard to tell how much the perceived lack of competition factors in.

quote:

Sorry I have a hard time believing that

Oh it's true, it's damn true.

I don't want to see Carolina win a damn game, and we have former players on the team.

Oh So UGA recruits Thugs. Got it... At least you admit your team is full of thugs

quote:

kicked him off of the team when he performed a criminal act

Oh so UGA kicked him off the team right away for the arrest? Well, now that is news to me. Are you really sure about that...

Does it really matter if he was kicked off or left on his own?

Well you are the one making the false claim, so....

quote:

The fact is, he was a criminal when he left UF, and still a criminal when he signed on at Last Chance U Auburn

Still doesnt change the fact that UGA football is filled with thugs and criminals...sorry bout your team broseph

You are truly a master of spin.
I noted three players who left SEC schools after performing criminal acts. You never disputed, and you can't refute, that these athletes were all responsible for these criminal acts. All three criminals were welcomed at Auburn. Somehow, your conclusion is that Georgia is filled with thugs. Remarkable.
I guess you're the one who told Trump his handling of the hurricane that hit Puerto Rico was an unsung success.

Georgia didn't know Tray Matthews would break the law when they recruited him out of high school.
Auburn knew he was a criminal when they accepted him.

Same with Marshall. Marshall even broke the law again. Auburn didn't care.

Same with Scam and UF. Auburn knew what they were getting. They didn't care.

Georgia dismisses athletes who break the law.
Auburn accepts them.

not as well as your hypocrisy, it knows no bounds. You keep spinning and spinning away. sorry you cant handle it. I have brought nothing but facts. you on the other hand...

Your prior statement "Auburn recruits thugs" sorry that I just showed you that UGA actually recruited the thugs you are trying to use in your argument

quote:

Georgia didn't know Tray Matthews would break the law when they recruited him out of high school.
Auburn knew he was a criminal when they accepted him.

UGA also didnt kick TM off the team for the crime, so that kind lessens your point about him

quote:

Marshall even broke the law again. Auburn didn't care.

Umm, again, Facts me, made up shite you. Try to keep to facts when making your statements

quote:

Georgia dismisses athletes who break the law.

So UGA dismisses every athlete who breaks the law? interesting, especially considering that is 100% false on your part

Again, sorry you cant handle facts in your myopic world. Are these your mascots

You’re 12 or you live in a trailer or both. But you’re typical of a barner. Low class. Congrats, you $can, nick, milton and bobbie all represent the dirtiest program in the US very well. Thus all the comments in this thread. auburn’s hated for being dirty.

HJJ will tell you how you’re wrong about Miss State fan perspective and in the same breath tell you how he couldn’t care any less about Mississippi State athletics.
