Sure, without a consensus. Some say 1932. Some are trying to say 1990.

Ohio was better than SEC teams when the ball was still a sphere or when there was no SEC.

Not really, but I don't expect you to get it. Historically, Ohio State is a top two program. Only Bama belongs in the same conversation as us.

When OSU has played SEC teams, this is their record

4 wins
15 losses
1 tie

I can't speak to your incredible successes against the Western Conference or Big 8, but that's not what we're talking about.

You stated Yale and Princeton are better due to national titles. They triple yours. Yet you’re the better program? Your logic seems to be incredibly backwards and exceedingly bias to your teams.

Ohio State has a winning record against the teams in the SoftEC. No way around that.

No it’s not. Read a book. “Modern era” is widely recognized as when scholarship limits were placed and when championships were rewarded after bowl games.

You can revere the past, the game deserves to acknowledge when it first came about. But stating the 1800s and early 1900s are as relevant as championships today is an incredibly stupid argument. And one would only do that if they’re trying to back a biased point for their team. Which seems to be your complete objective. I haven’t heard one “fact” from you.

Im still waiting for the “fact” about tedd ginn being the difference in a 28 point prison rape Florida dished out to you guys. Let’s start with that one.

What’s their record against SEC teams who have won national titles? Shouldn’t the best teams be considered the best by beating the best teams? Isn’t that what bowl games are for?

What's their record against teams who had oatmeal for breakfast three nights before the game?
