What player from your school would you consider had the most disappointing career in the NFL?
plenty for LSU fans. I had high hopes for Booger, Clayton, and Spears. I thought they would be All-World players. I am surprised at Randall Gay and Joseph Addai. They've exceeded my expectations.

I don't think he was the most disappointing, but Lavalais didn't do anything.

Of recent and from LSU, my choice would be Clayton. I haven't been disappointed in Booger or Spears b/c I didnt' expect them to be much more than they are.

David Lafleur, quincy carter, Danny Weurfal (spelling!,great guy though, did more for the world outside of football)

David Palmer. I had hoped he would have done more.

Palmer was at a disadvantage due to his size. He did do good for a while with the Vikings as a return specialist tho. He didn't really get the opportunity I would have liked to have seen.
Bobby Humphrey was the most disappointing player from Bama IMO. I had high hopes for him when he got drafted.

Heath Shuler.

True as far as any SEC player I can remember. Number 1 pick and did almost nothing.

And...the House of Representatives has what, exactly, to do with NFL success?

come on man....pro-football or congressional seat? you do the math...Why would you want to be in the NFL when you can represent your constituents?

This is a discussion about which SEC players flopped in the NFL when they had high expectations. Shuler flopped. This isn't about what he did outside of football.
