shite forgot about that 89,sugar bowl.
That is number 2 behind last year's NC game. FSU was such a big rival for us then and that was maybe the worst we have ever been fricked by the refs. That or the 1992 UGA game.

Last year vs. Auburn.
I was at work watching the game. Thought we had totally lost the game pretty early, Aaron Murray leads an amazing comeback, then 4th and 18 happened. I've never seen so much derp in one play.
The sting has since been a little less considering our "3rd and frick It" DC is gone, both safeties from that play are gone, and the week after almost erased that play from everyone's memory.

I did, and I have to admit, he is one of the players I despise most. Cannot stand showboating. I am feeling your pain bro because I would have gone ballistic after his interception and then going over to your sideline and jawing. And like you, I would be angry about it to this day.

Edit: The first thing I thought about last year when FSU got that PI call in the endzone, was the one we didn't get in '89.

Those LSU - AU games from 04-08 were just ridiculous and those three losses were brutal. We had all 3 of those games.
5 missed fgs in 05 and two potential game winners.
The pass in 07 with 1 second left.
The penalty we had on the first drive of the 3rd quarter in 08 that probably kept us from putting it out of reach with one more score in a defensive battle.

Other thing about that 89 Fsu game is they talked an epic amount of shite before that game. How bad they were going to blow us out, how they were gonna party in NOLA then kick our arse when they got around to it, etc.
Go look at what FSU did at the end of that 88 season. They were on fire and beating ranked teams by 40 and had epic swagger.
And we should have beat them. Refs fricked us hard, then Dion got that pick.

Hearing my fellow LSU posters, I am sorry, but 1/9 does not make me angry. We controlled our own destiny and got dominated. Plain and simple.
