SMU at San Jose State in 1999.
An electrical transformer exploded outside of the stadium just before kickoff.
Stadium went dark. Game cancelled.
Both teams sucked so there were no conference or bowl implications, and the game was never rescheduled.

Well, it's true that one of the proposed mechanisms for chloroquine's anitmalarial activity is DNA binding, but COVID-19 is an RNA virus, so there's one hole in his logic right there.
