Any response other than this one is either bc:
- Never been to BR/Tiger Stadium
- Interpreted the question to mean the “most entitled” or “most delusional”
- Have never met an actual LSU fan who was born and raised in South Louisiana

It honestly did.
The combination of:
- Bama under Bryant dominating them for 20+ years
- Bama historically owning Tiger Stadium
- Nick Saban was “THEIR COACH” and Alabama stole him away
(That was the se times for nearly 20 years)
- They believe everything Saban accomplished at Bama should have been them instead
- 2011 was a culmination of all of those things rolled into 4 quarters of misery for them.
That was supposed to have been their season and their chance for “revenge”, and it turned into a 1992 style bloodbath that will never be forgotten.
It was/is the epitome of “the final straw”.
Those people HATE Alabama….not an AU or UTjr type of hate, but a “I want every Bama fan, alumni, and athletes to die”. A physical death.
It would be a very fascinating topic for some type of well-researched Psychological study imo.

That's always been my thing with Auburn fans. The weird self righteousness.
I'll say the worst I have personally encountered were LSU and Tennessee fans.
I was at a Bama Vol baseball game last year and a decent amount of their visiting fans behaved like the Vol fans on the rant. It was weird. One guy was just constantly yelling and trying to draw attention to himself, I'm talking every second all game. To the point I wondered if their own players wanted him to STFU. Same guy bragged about almost starting a fight in the concourse.
There was also one Vol fan there who just stood around muttering something about hating Alabama while people were walking by. It was just all around a weird vibe from them. I will say I did talk to a few decent ones so it wasn't everybody.

I had a run in with some of their fans and they kept crowing about 2014, meanwhile the last time we were on a field with them it was one of the ugliest beatdowns I've ever witnessed.
Most frightening fanbase: WVU
Have friend that went there and have been to games there. While they are mostly friendly and fun, man they take things to a level thats... well, unexpected.

My last trip to Baton Rouge was in 2018. My girlfriend at the time had on a crimson romper (I seriously would post pics if I knew how because she was hot AF) as we moseyed through Touchdown Village. Most folks were tolerable but one group had an elephant hung in effigy and were beating it with a broom handle. They saw my GF and said something like “You see this, honey? We’re beating the shite out of Bama tonight just like this.”
Wish I could have gone back after Tua beat their asses 29-0 on one leg.
