We need the secondary to come together. We had nothing there when Ryan Walters came in but that's supposed to be his specialty. The guys we have have shown big flahes but they make too many mistakes in coverage and are outsmarted too easily, that has to change.

How has KB been doing in practice, and did he participate in the Spring game?

Less than 9 wins will be underachieving. Walters and Gibbs will determine if the team has a shot at going to Atlanta come November.

I love your optimism friend, and I agree about the defensive coaches being pivotal. I hope we have a great season, but I just don't see us winning the East.

Will be in Stl for cards game on Easter, taking wife and kids. First game this season, will be down there more when summer hits.

Our secondary is weak and we lack depth in numerous positions - this will spell trouble for us against the likes of UGA and possibly UF. I think we go 10-2, with a lopsided loss to UGA and a narrow loss to one other SEC opponent - probably UF.

This is where I'm at on the season too. The only way that first game in November has any implications as far as the division goes is if Walters has his room together. The offense and defensive front seven will be good enough to get there.

It’s currently under appeal, and that could easily last the entire season and past bowl selection.
