so this is what it's come to. pathetic. the only point i will give you is that the poster that trashed you hasn't a clue what he's talking about and probably never set foot in your great state. and i'm proud that my ancestors (southerners) fought to preserve the union.

Yankees still trying to get their cold blooded arses up an running in the SEC. It's to be expected. Why did we invite them again?

Judging by those results North Carolina should join the SEC
Can we trade them out for Mizzu? At least it would be easier to split up the East and the West. Hell, North Carolina might actually put up a fight too. Well at least more so than Mizzu has, although that isn't saying much.

This isn't a zing moment. Just honesty. I already hate Silve, adding Mizzu made me hate him more. He just added a team to hurry up and get A&M in. If he would have waited it out we could have added a program worth while.

No, it's just an honest opinion we've heard a thousand times and.......we're still here.
Ya'll need to stop your cry'n and get over it. You sound like a 5 yr. old kid bitch'n cause he didn't get what he wanted. Go cry on Slives shoulder, you should get about as much sympathy.

How does it feel for you to think you were going to do good in the SEC only to find VANDY is on another level than you?

Nah, it was the 30k plus German born men in St. Louis that were recruited to fight for the Union, that is the only reason there were more Union soldiers. The heart of the state was Confederate. Nice try though. And it doesn't change the fact we had nearly as many men fight for the Confederates as the great rebel state of Mississippi. (Not having a civil war discussion today).

By the end of the Civil War Missouri had supplied nearly 110,000 troops to the Union and about 40,000 troops for the Confederate Army.
3 to 1 Yankees.

It doesn't.
What does amuse me is how much some SEC fans like yourself want so bad for Mizzou fans to come in here and beg to be accepted by fans like yourself knowing it will never happen, but being butt hurt when ya'll find out we just really don't care.
Go try shitting on someone elses parade.....looks like one of your LSU buddies has started a smack thread on Arky.....you may have better luck there.

This just in: many inhabitants of these great United States have moved on past the events of the 1860s. I would advise you to join us.

Missouri has a identity crisis. They don't know what they are and it only got worse joining the SEC.
Missouri needs to bring in Illinois kids to play in the SEC just like Texas A&M brings in Texas kids.

Hell Gator, there's probably more yanks in Florida at this point than Missouri. I think there's a mass migration to Florida every year of rich northern retiree's.
There is one thing worse than a Yank, a wanna be Southerner.

Y'all and Kentucky are the only states that had a problem with it. The rest made a decision and 95% of each state went Confederate. Missouri and Kentucky still are fighting about it today.
Where y'all fall geographically and how your cities mix with northern cities is your constant turmoil.
You have a very valid point about South Florida. There is nothing southern about that place in the least. That is coming from FSU grads who are close friends not to mention I love a good Miami weekend here and there.
