I don’t understand how you guys don’t understand why you guys aren’t as good this this year. Kobe Brown was a really good player. Imagine the Aggies without Wade. Dude was clutch. It’s hard to replace the heart of your team in basketball unless you’ve groomed his replacement or recruited them. I’m positive Mizzou will rebound, you guys have good teams. But until then, someone has to step up and take over imo.

This was always a known rebuilding year. Next year will be rough too but we’ll have some highly regarded recruits coming in.
Hopefully by 2026 the floor won’t be lower than 22-23 wins.

You are a good man JayAg, but this Mizzou team isn’t winning 2 more games this season regardless.
They don’t hustle.
They don’t block out.
They over rotate.
They fall for every pump fake.
The 7 footers are still standing on the 3 pt line since they literally cannot post up.
There is nobody who can win off the dribble.
Our posts are shooting 18% from 3 and still have the green light.
Gates is great at running a single system. What this year has shown is if he doesn’t have the perfect fit for that system he is as clueless as a rube from the stands.
