UK W 23-20 (stick to BB, cats)

@UT L 19-23 (First loss in Neyland)
Arky W 26-25 (Thrilla!, Bert loses West)
Offense improves, defense stays tough, and we start playing Mizzou football again. We're just setting ourselves up to get some cool recruits from KC and STL in the near future

Team X is "gonna surprise folks" is one of the stupidest talking points any sports uses. Lemme guess what else you have in that impressive sports brain of yours:
- Position Group A was good last year and is going to take a step up.
- Position Group B is underrated and Player 1 is going to turn some heads.
- Our biggest weakness last year was Position Group C and I trust Coach 1 to improve them a bunch.
- Coach 2 is gone, and his playing calling wit him!
- We get Team A, at home and we will definitely shock the world against them!
- Team B loses too much from last year, and even though they beat us handily last year, we are definitely going to beat them this year!
- Player 2 will be an NFL Draft pick.
- Player 3 might not be as big, strong, and fast as some other player on Team B, but I'd rather have him in our system!
- Team C is coming off a strong opponent and we are coming off a bye, we are definitely going to beat them!

How do you see having a new coach affecting your record? Is Odom the second coming of Pinkle, or is he going to change things up a bit?
I would think having a new HC would be a variable which can't be accounted for at this time.

At this time. The difference between Mizzou and Arkansas is that the hogs love going 8-4, while Mizzou fans accept it.
I mean, how is getting blown out 14-38 and 17-41 "almost" winning the west in 2011? Hog fans know

Considering most on here think Mizzou will be the worst team in the SEC, Id say yes.
I want to see us play WVU first, but Id agree that we are going to be alot better than most here think.

Everyone thinks their team is going to be better than what everyone else thinks. For example, LSU is averaging 3.5 losses a season and since A&M arrived in the SEC they only have ONE more win as a program than A&M over a 4 year stretch, but every swamp kitten on this board thinks they are legitimate playoff contenders. Their offensive system is terrible, their defensive coordinator is terrible, and they have the worst QB in the division... but they go to TigerDroppings/SECrant every day to talk about how they are going to be "a lot better than most here think."

Id think 5th would be our floor. 4th most likely, and could finish up to 2nd if the OL comes around and allows Lock to develop as he should.
Odom will have us as a legitimate player in a few years though.
