Mizzou might be better playing a Deboer team during the day time.

We're used to it. Then we'll get tv ratings thrown in our face and the vicious cycle continues.

This isn't 100% true....Mizzou's ratings are shown to be low because they put Mizzou on SEC Network all the time or ESPN 2 & ESPN U.

Mizzou gets very good ratings when actually playing decent teams on a good network. The Bama/Mizzou game will do very well at 11am.

kansass at Mizzou drew 1.83 million on ESPN 2 by far the best ratings for ESPN 2 this season....next best game is Syracuse/Clemson at 1.06 million. Most ESPN 2 games range around 600K

ESPN U ratings are insanely low every year for all teams....because it's the last games chosen and ESPN U is not on every TV platform.

As long as Mizzou doesn’t get Indiana in the CFP, they got a puncher’s chance.

Nobody watches their games.

A high school team in Texas would have a bigger draw.

Nobody said it affects play on the field you potato, we just want to have fun. It is an all day event.

The ABC people are paying a lot of jack to broadcast SEC games. I would imagine these network execs know all the ins and outs of overall ratings, time slots and team ratings.

They want to maximize advertising sales potential. I doubt anything gets personal about any of it.

I know the big ten people have complained about being put in the 11:00 CDT time slot. That time slot tends to not be popular with anyone.

Exactly. You only get 7(8 for Mizzou this year) home games a year. It's an all day event, or should be if you're doing it right.
