Here's the problem, thats a three loss per year regular season average that so far has proven wont get you in the conference title game or the playoffs. So how is that worth 10 MM per year?

he need's to focus on getting a high quality OC and giving him the resouces to do the job. His new contract has more in it for staff and support than it does for him. He and Moore got out coached by Venables

I think he is a fine coach for Mizzou. Has them in a great, stable position.
