I wouldn't call Tennessee a below-average team, they're one of the hottest teams in the country right now.
But yes, this Tiger team is incredibly frustrating to watch. They get sucked into other team's game way too easily - we're 15 points below our scoring average! On the road, they play to the competition and lose games they shouldn't lose.

I don't think Haith is the issue, to be honest. He hadn't done as well as last year, but he can't make the team do what theyre supposed to do.
