If the ranters think Missouri is a liberal cesspool of PC on steroids, check out this article from Gibson’s bakery in Oberlin, Ohio. A couple of years ago, a black student from Oberlin college was apprehended by the workers at the bakery for shoplifting. The school then tried to smear the bakery’s name because, how dare a business try to prevent theft from its facilities. Well the college was sued for millions because the school did everything in its power to boycott the mom and pop bakery, costing lost revenue and invoking a negative reputation around the bakery. The moron student was in the wrong for stealing. What is often left out of the case is the fact that over the previous two years, there were 41 incidents of shoplifting/ attempted theft. Only 5 of the cases involved a black student. The bakery is not racist. Imagine that. The college is currently appealing the suit but they still will pay a bulk of the settlement. frick Oberlin College.

I'm not triggered; it's the folks on this board that are triggered by something that happened 4 years ago, even though the professor was canned and everyone in the administration who had a hand in the protest resigned under pressure. Therefore, I can only conclude that the folks on this board who take great pleasure in posting that pic over and over have racist inclinations as there is no other reason to explain why it bothers them so much.

Nobody here is triggered or bothered by what happened four years ago at Missouri. They are trolling Missouri over it and having fun with it. You’re obviously overly sensitive about it and responded by calling people you don’t even know racist.
