Wasnt it UPig that had to go to extra innings to beat us those 2 games also?
Had to go to extras to beat us with 4 starters out- and you wonder why we arent pitching our Stratton- the SEC pitcher of the year?
Why waste him on UPig? We'll probably throw our #4- a true Freshman in Woodruff

I mean I understand that they are a good team, but they aren't worldbeaters. And they aren't by any means heads and toes above us. At worst we are even with them.

but you can't really criticize the baseball team after this weekend, they did just about everything right.
By the way. You need to root for Ole Miss on Tuesday to beat Kentucky - which I think is a real possibility. If they beat Kentucky and we beat Arkansas, as the higher seed, we get a bye until Thursday. If Ole Miss beat Kentucky, I think we see Stratton against Arkansas. If Kentucky wins, we will probably see Graveman. Just a guess.

Go look at Stanek's stat line. It isn't impressive. Graveman is just as good.

Stanek has had MAYBE one bad outing this year.
You should not look at is W/L column to judge hime. He got tabbed a loss in a 2-1 game and a 3-2 game.
The kid has a 97 mph fastball, 88 mph slider w/ a 80 mph change up. There is a reason he has been discussed as a top 5 pick next year.
