So proud of the #OmaDawgs! I’m a numbers guy and we call this #DifferentialEquations in Mississippi-

11.7 + NCAA compliance >
$8+ billion (endowment) + NCAA intervention

Remember, Vanderbilt is not the lovable losers. They are evil. They deserved what Mississippi State did to them last night.

Fauci sent the NC State team bat soup just before the CWS started.

Is this supposed to be an insult?

Vandy can give out 40+ 'full ride' scholarships to baseball players. MSU can give out 10.7 total.

Not an insult, just a fact. Vandy is private and gives 'all' students 'need based' financial help.

Maybe Tater Tot can figure out a way to help all in state schools pad that 11.7 with something else. Mississippi and Alabama are the only 2 states playing by the rules.

Fact - the state of MS could fully fund their educational system and make college free and negate any "advantage".

Fact - the state of MS could go a cheaper route and do what Vandy did and not necessarily make college free, but provided assistance to all students to something that is "affordable" for their families.

If the governor is passionate about it, he should lead the charge for one of those items.

Mississippi State sure has a lot of out-of-state players. Are they all paying out-of-state tuition?

Only communists would want their citizens to have easy access to education!

This is a great thing. It’s used to help defray the costs of tuition for all Vanderbilt undergraduates. Vanderbilt is leading the way in this effort. This should never be seen as a negative.

A numbers guy that doesn’t know what a differential equation is?

I doubt you'll see anything meaningful out of Tater Tot's 12 year reign as guvnah of Mississippi. He's the worst.

There was a time in my life when I would agree with that, back when I thought these students were getting some real benefit from education. Instead we have created a haven for Liberals and social justice warriors to sit around and develop more ways to spend money. We have allowed colleges to pay ridiculous amounts of money for college professors, some of whom may teach 5-10 hours a week in toto, causing tuition rates to skyrocket.
More kids get a better education in vo-tech schools, owe less money and make more money in the long run than the majority of over educated liberal hooligans.

Unfortunately we live in a time of tearing down anyone's success for attention and power. Miss State, enjoy your time on top, you're next, they comin'.

It is time these extreme left leaning schools even the playing field. They shouldn't have these financial privileges.

You obviously don’t know how this works lol. I thought Vandy grads were supposed to be smart.

Do you know what 11.7 even means?

Hell yeah, brother! That's how we beat those damn commies to the moon! We were able to weld up a spaceship faster! I bet the welds from a Harvard liberal wouldn't even hold in outer space
