Your rushing defense is 22nd. Bama is 3rd. And for all the excuses about garbage passing yards and opposing teams not running that doesn't help your 22nd ranking for rush defense. Its all about Dak this year. So, he has to outscore our offense in T-town. Well that doesn't happen when you are ranked 78th in total defense. Garbage yards or not. Every good team has those anyway so they are in everyone's stats.

While their DB's won't be mistaken for LSU or 'Bama they're able to stifle teams in the red zone with a decent pass rush and nickel package. Run effectively and use play-action on running downs and you'll probably find pretty good success.

I think he broke his own record for dropped balls Saturday night. He pulls another greasy fingers perfomance like that this weekend and you guys are gonna get hammer fricked.

You let UAB score 34 with 548 yards of offense. Hoover HS would not let them do that. Where did you get your defensive players? Cuba?

You suck at this man.

We're 22nd having already played Auburn and LSU.
LSU, Miss State, and Auburn are your last 3 games. I'm betting your rush defense stats change a little, given LSU's yardage against you.

SEC Rushing:

1. Auburn
2. Georgia
3. Mississippi St
4. Arkansas
5. LSU

That's okay, he certainly won't have to this weekend either.

I watched them play South Alabama...South should have gone up early 7-0 they had a man behind everyone that dropped a pass at the three. They had receivers open most of the game and did move the ball at times between the 20's, but could muster no running game they were just outmatched.

Dak ran wild in this one, but if he were to go gimpy or something MSU is an ordinary football team on offense. One man show.

I mean, they did run for 232 yards and averaged 5.4 ypc. You slowed them, it isn't like you shut them down.

Nick Marshall is a better passer than Blake Sims.

Auburn has 2 good receivers. Bama only has one.

Boy sounds like State has it all figured out.

You should probably just stick on Cooper. White and Howard are scrubs. They'll never beat you or win a game.

Clearly not, he must be the best CB in America. Because I have seen 2 of the best 3 or 4 in Sutton and Hargraves and Cooper made them look like middle schoolers.

But hey, I'm sure Will Redmond will probably just take over whatever side of the field Coop is on in man to man and lock it down.
