1st Thorpe winner for Nick Saban.

How many great DBs has Saban coached in college? Collins, Clinton-Dix, Kirkpatrick, Barron, Minkah at Bama. I don't know about his LSU players.

I really felt that Landon Collins should have won his last year at Bama.

I feel like this was given to him due to lack of options. If LSU had a QB worth a shite this year he would’ve given up multiple TDs and big plays. He couldn’t stay with Chark before or after the injury.

I like him though. Seems like a good kid and I can’t say anyone else deserved it more than him.

Said last year he was the best DB in Football. Battled through injuries this year but battle he did. Physical DB with great athleticism. If we get him back 100percent for Clemson he can be a difference maker.

You’re welcome... since our head coach developed him and all.

That actually explains a lot about our weak defense this year. Why was Pruitt coaching MLB's and DBs?
