In many, many ways, this is correct. He is the most intelligent QB has had since Joe Namath. Is he better than Namath was, yes, he is.
Does he brag about it and make himself the center of attention with fancy suits made of animal fur like Namath did, not he doesn't.
Milroe has class; that is why he doesn't flaunt his talents in the face of others. He has Christian humility.

Jalen Milroe comes from a military family with his father being a Marine and an officer for the Department of Veterans Affairs, and his mother serving in the Navy. That's not poverty.
Assuming discrimination living in California, Maryland, and Texas where he was a high profile athlete is a stretch. Just because he's black, doesn't mean his life is any harder than anyone else.
That is not poverty stricken but, money was likely tight. It's not like Milroe came from oil money like Manziel and most kids in Texas do.
There are very, very few black families in Texas that are associated with the oil industry in a fashion other than just laborers.
I wonder why? Have you ever had to walk into a department store like Wal-Mart and have every single employee stare you down like you were a sorry thief just because you are black?
All blacks have that problem and no whites do. So let's try to be honest about where Milroe comes from and the scruggle he has had in his life. His faith in Jesus is likely the only thing that has allowed him to achieve as much as he has in his life.
