Is he waiting for the scouts to see him overthrow everyone in the vaunted ReliaQuest Bowl? What’s the hold up?

If he did not announce a week or so ago then he is not saying anything to anyone outside of his immediate family until after the game. I assume he has heard from the NFL type already on his projection
