HAHA that is an article written expressly to get views. It's completely ridiculous.

Honest question. Do people really believe in luck, selling your soul, golden horseshoes, wizards, unicorns, and all these other magical words they use to describe Coach Miles?

Probably not...but helps them get over the fact that Miles just kicked their arse.

Well.......you'll be really pissed when we luck up and beat that arse in Tiger Stadium.
And for that matter.....AU is circled on many schedules this year (I'd assume). Sooo.....I sincerely hope this team is "All In".

Man, talk about the hypocrisy of Auburn fans saying Les gets lucky.
The 2004 (I know that was Saban) and 2006 games against Auburn...jeez.
Even luck isn't enough to overcome the zebras' atrocities in those games. The 2006 game was enough to make Tim Donaghy blush.

Perception is that Aubie is a dirty program. See how Chiz is perceived once BCS title is vacated!

Yeah something weird does always seem to happen. The 2007 game was one of the weirdest though, and Miles was involved. That pass to Demetrius Byrd with 1 second left still pisses me off. Who doesn't go for the FG there? That was another strange call by Miles. He then proceeded to win a NC in a hundred-year miracle of a situation. I'm not sure if he's ballsy or totally insane.

that one gets talked up the wrong way by people with an agenda IMO
that pass to byrd with the amount of time he had left was absolutely brilliant... a perfect preconceived call that looked like it had been decided on ahead of time and was executed perfectly
time did tick off the clock after the play was complete and make it look riskier than it should have... but one attempt into the end zone and then settle for a field goal attempt if that fails is absolutely the right call

Biggest misconception about that whole season.

Speaking of miracles, do you remember that QB that was kicked off the Florida football team; transferred to JC for one year; then transferred to a different SEC school; and in his first season, in the most difficult division of a conference dominating the nation in a manner that has not been seen in over 100 years of the sport: 1. Engineered the greatest comeback in the Auburn/Bama rivalry, 2. Won the SEC Championship, 3. Won the BCS National Title, 4. Won the Heisman Trophy, 5. Set the SEC record for rushing yards by a QB, 6. Set the SEC record for passing TD's, and then 7. Became the No. 1 player drafted by the National Football League.
That LSU 2007 Season was 1 in 100, man. One in one hundred...

What makes you more mad? The pass to byrd, the j lee comeback, or the 2009 beatdown?

First of all, Miles wanted Flynn to snap the ball a lot sooner than he did. He and the other coaches were motioning to him from the sideline to 'snap the ball already.'
Flynn let about 4 or 5 seconds at least run off the clock before he snapped the ball. How is that MILES' fault ?????????????
Secondly, Byrd CAUGHT the ball with FOUR seconds left on the clock. The stadium clock operator let the clock run down, then the officials put the time back on the clock.
Where was Tuberbille then ???????????
There was time for LSU to kickoff to Auburn, whether there would have been ONE second or FOUR seconds left.
Flynn threw the ball where only the receiver would have a chance to catch it. If you watch the replay, it was going to be either caught or dropped, nothing else.
There would have been plenty of time to kick a FG if the pass would have been incomplete.

Did you see his preseason Top 10 - No LSU. That is a real Boolicking Aggies right there!

The pass to Byrd. The Lee comeback hurt because it sent us on a downward spiral from which we never recovered, but we sucked in '08 anyway. The one that really infuriated me was our previously great kicker John Vaughan missing FIVE FG's in 2005.

Funny ????, no one """""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""EVER""""""""""""""""""""""""""" remembers these last second SABAN doozies: losses or lucky "miracle" wins:
UAB 13 LSU 12 Int on last play
LSU 29 Kentucky 25 Last play
LSU 14 Ole Miss 13 Last drive
LSU 33 Kentucky 30 Bluegrass Miracle
Arkansas 21 LSU 20 "TWO" Arky Hail Marys
LSU 22 Oregon State 21 OT. 3 Missed OSU XP's
Auburn 10 LSU 9 Penalty on AU XP
Iowa 30 LSU 25 Hail Mary on last play
Nor, do they remember the absolute skull-phucking humiliating routs Saban accounted for as head coach at LSU:
Florida 41 LSU 9
Florida 44 LSU 15
Va.Tech 26 LSU 8
Auburn 31 LSU 7
Alabama 31 LSU 0
Texas 35 LSU 20
Florida 19 LSU 7
Georgia 45 LSU 16
Les Miles has coached 79 games at LSU, losing 17 of them. Of these 17, only 3 were embarrassing last second losses: '08 Ole Miss. '08 Arkansas, and '09 Penn State. 3. Saban had 4.
Of these 17 losses, only 4 were bad humilitating routs:
'05 Georgia in '05 SECCG after LSU had played ELEVEN CONSECUTIVE WEEKS WITHOUT A BYE because of Katrina.
'08 Florida, '08 Georgia, '08 Ole Miss.
4. Saban had 8.
