10-15 minutes would be pretty damn quick to get from the Hospital out to his house in Oktoc. It's at least 10 miles and have to go through town to get there.

I thought Bob Odenkirk was a gonner as well, but he came back. I think he was 59.

It’s ridiculous insurance doesn’t pay for calcium test. My father died of heart attack in at 39, my grandfather in his 50s etc. it’s what we die of in my family. I actually even have a preventative cardiologist. They were pushing me to get calcium test but I felt completely healthy worked out at gym 3 days a work 2 hours a time etc, we did stress test, ct scan etc and I passed everything with flying colors. However, a good friend of mine, my age, died of a cardiac event right after a run, 5 days after a complete medical work up. He was in better shape than I was. I ended up with some ridiculous number on calcium test, the techs eyes bugged out so I knew I was in trouble. I had 85% blockage in one artery. Heart attack waiting to happen.

My stepdad was a college coach, and they don’t sleep right, have horrible eating habits, typically get little cardiovascular exercise, and the stress is unreal during the season. They always put everything off until after the season, and I am sure Coach Leach was the same way.

I can’t wait to hear his incredible stories of what he saw when he was clinically dead when he recovers. Who was waiting at the end of the tunnel, was it old friends, relatives, famous pirates, coaches maybe fisherman or intellectuals. I am sure it will be interesting like all his stories.

Odenkirk was an SNL writer and used to hang with Farley. You just know he put too much stress on his heart doing that, even nearly 30 years on.

Depends where the ambulance was.

Here in the rural delta areas hospitals will have ambulances parked in random rural spots in case of a call so they can get there faster.

This. Insurance should cover all preventative measures and testing. In fact they should lower rates for those who get the tests done regularly as incentive to do it.

It would save them money in the long run not having to pay hundreds of thousands when a person has a major medical emergency

I still don’t understand why either. I paid the $100 to get one and had similar results you did. Best $100 I ever spent.

330 followers and a paid blue check. I'm not buying it.

Also, he's saying it was a stroke and that goes against what everyone else is saying

Reporter for the Nashville Banner. All I got, but hard to argue considering what we already know.

Oof. I hate that his family can't even have a final chat with him. Man, life is depressing sometimes.

This fricking sucks. I have always been a fan of his since his days at Texas Tech. I learned not too long ago that he was the OC at Kentucky.

When he left Tech, and went to Wazu, I wished that he would somehow get a job in the SEC. I felt that is where he belonged. It's a shame, and it fricking sucks that everyone involved is getting robbed of this mans life and influence. It really fricking sucks.
