The worst thing we consume is processed foods and crap from chain restaurants.

Cook with fresh ingredients. Buy potatoes and make your own mashed potatoes instead of powder in a pouch you dump in water. Buy fresh meat. Grow vegetables and freeze/can them yourself. Avoid convenience by buying processed crap

Not only is the food healthier, the activity from preparing it and growing a garden is good for you

Grandmother not really other than housework. Grandfather was an auto body mechanic owned his own shop. He was still doing it on the side before the wreck. He bought a 1960s metallic mint green Oldsmobile like the one in My Cousin Vinny (his favorite movie) and wanted to finish restoring it before his eyes failed him and he couldn’t drive. He had driven it and finished the paint before the wreck all he lacked was restoring the interior and some electrical stuff.

The last I heard from Ms St booster was that it is serious and that the next hour is critical.

Also stated that the BS like deeprig was posting had and has nothing to do with it. Zero to do with him clearing his throat or the cough he had with the flu.

As others have said, the outcome will depend on the matter of how many minutes he was without oxygen. I don't know all the details, because frankly, it seems like mostly speculation at this point. But this could end up really sadly.

The lack of "news" might just be time the University is giving the family to grieve privately before making an announcement.

Edit: If there is one rule to abide by after a death of a famous person, it's "give the family the appropriate amount of time to make the death a private matter that belongs solely to them." To announce it right away would be an invasion of their privacy.

They are drafting the release now, he's already died in all likelihood.

Edit- my opinion and surveillance of the facts. There's no source other than what is obvious.

Yessir. The “food industry” is death. Most people don’t know what the hell is in the food they eat because they buy processed garbage from Big Food, not to mention hit the Wendy’s drive thru for a triple for lunch every day.

I grew up with a dad who made us work in a huge garden growing corn, squash, peas, beans, tomatoes, etc. I hated it when I was 14 and wanted to be at the river swimming with my friends. Very thankful for that experience and knowledge now.

Sorry to get off track from Coach Leach but I think this is important and relevant to the situation.

That is a heck of a to of work back in the days, especially if she was rural and cooking for 1/2 dozen to a dozen kids.

Me too, but let’s just say that I’m not guessing here. It’s not good, and it’s a long road ahead even if he does pull through.
