Mike Leach comments and I can’t argue either.

He mentioned several things of which one shows he don’t give 2 chits about voicing his opinion.

1) (This one I thought would get him in hot water) - “They had no issue sending us to Athens with a very depleted team or sending us to Oxford the following week when we lost an entire position group, but now we can’t play this weekend because a few guys are out for the other team. I just want some consistency. “

2) We need to play these games so we know who is who for next year. I personally don’t like having to play this many freshmen but at least I can evaluate them since they have to play. Some coaches have better star players, evaluating plsyers is a big thing to me.

Ol Pirate’s gonna tell it like it is. That’s uncomfortable to some people but it’s endearing to me. Too much politickin with the games for my taste. Get out there and play some darn football

One thing you have to respect about the Pirate (and we have a long history to base this on): He’s not scared to say what he thinks.

States scholarship issue is because Leach ran so many people off not Covid. That excuse is played out.

Oh please, yeah Hill hurt opting out but most the guys (Mainly Qb’s) were never going to see the field. Nice try

Truth? So you totally ignored facts and had no comeback except “Truth hurts.”

It was your fans claiming you had a big advantage because your team didn’t have as big a covid issue going into the egg bowl. Now you spin it into he ran off all the starters or something. Pathetic.

I really hope Leach does well enough to stick around for a long time.

Looking forward to his 1st true SEC Media days.

2 before the season. 1 right after it started. Then the whole “purge”. But yeah blame it on Covid. That will work.

You know what’s funny? If we don’t fumble the ball on the goal line about to score on you and you don’t run that fumble back , we probably beat you. That is a 14 point turnaround big shot.

Nice moral victory. You just know that 2020 is going to be Leach’s best team at State and Kiffin’s best team at Ole Miss. Have fun with LSU in the basement. But at least you have baseball.

Nah. I hate that to see us lose to anybody, for any reason. But knowing it might expedite Gus’s exit might make it more palatable.

If the Denver Broncos can trot out WR roulette to play qB against the best team in the NFL then there’s no excuse for anyone not to play as long as there are 22 able bodies available

There’s no consistency with anything Covid related, not just football.

A bunch of incompetent morons making decisions that have no impact on a virus.

Seeing the field or not....that's 17 people. (as of 3 weeks ago)

That's a lot of fricking people not playing that didn't catch Covid.

ETA: fwiw I agree with everything in OP
