WSU was 7-29 in the three seasons before he was hired. WSU hadn't won more than 6 games since 2003 before he was hired.
Leach went 43-22 after spending 3 years dragging WSU out of the gutter, including an 11 win season in 2018.

Syracuse hired a coaching grandson of Mike Leach in Dino Babers. I guess that means the ACC has been the Big 12 for 3 years now.
Not to mention, you do realize that Leach cut his teeth teetering with this offense at.........Kentucky........right?
