Nothing wrong it......

Until you get out on the Recruiting Trail, and have to go up against other Coaches that don't have that kind of baggage

You might not think it's a big deal, but that crap doesn't play well in a lot of homes he's going into to Recruit

Might as well get a new HC in there rather than have Recruiting die down over 2-3 years and have the program deteriorate slowly

Once a HC has his Recruiting impaired he's like an Impala on the Serengeti with a leg injury, won't be long before the Jackals rip him apart, same goes for Gundy's FB Program

Nothing is wrong with conservatism as long as you keep it to yourself and don't allow the rest of the Coaches to use it against you on the Recruiting Trail

Okie State recruiting has been suffering for years. That’s the real reason his job is likely on the line.

Ok but that’s his choice if he wants to express his views.

The bigger issue is communist sports media that try to ruin lives over these issues. If players don’t like it then fine but trying to get the fired is ridiculous.

Players get 2nd and 3rd chances all the time for infractions but bc a coach expresses differing political views they want him more destroyed.

I guarantee if they fire him he lands himself a gig in the SEC.
I could see him at USC.

How am I a drama queen? The guy from the Oklahoma newspaper said this. Geezer, stop being a pussy.

Looks like Gundy caved and did a make make-up video with Chubba to quell the firestorm. I was hoping he’d tell him to take a hike. That university is feeding and housing you and will help make you a millionaire soon and you’re gonna protest and go on strike over a t-shirt and news show you’ve probably never watched? I was also once a dumb 20-year old without a fully formed frontal cortex.

Change the OP then. Most of the dumbfricks here don't have the attention span to read 7 pages to see the issue has been settled, apparently. He isn't "likely getting fired"

Yeah he's the perfect hire for usc , Gundy's 2-13 vs OU and most haven't been close

He'd be a nice replacement for mudchamp so he can continue losing to Clemson every Nov.

That's not helping his W-L record, but he'd have an excuse now.

I hope Gundy doesn’t get fired because of this but I am pretty confident Oklahoma State’s recruiting is going to take a big dump moving forward - there aren’t many black players that will want to play for him after this. Gundy is a moron. If I was an Oklahoma State fan, I would be pissed but the reality is that most State fans are white farmers so I am sure most of them support Gundy but they won’t support him if his team takes a big nose dive and starts losing a bunch of games.
and you are an idiot. he wore a t-shirt that someone took offense to.

what ever happened to a good defense Trumps a good offense?

it's still a free country. for now.

Sure, but he never apologized. In my mind an apology would be caving. I am a democrat but I understand there are a lot of different beliefs out there and we should all be able to believe what we want to believe.
you are still an idiot.

so you are ok with the terrorist group BLM and think it's ok because they believe in something even though it involves inciting people to kill cops?

you are weak minded and yes a democrat.

Well knuckle head and I feel very comfortable calling you that since you made a decision not knowing a damn thing about me. I made every enlisted rank first time everytime. But as I said the Army for me was a way out and OUT I FREAKING CAME soon as my enlistment was up! I jumped into the auto business after I got a little education and wound up running the largest independent auto corp in America. After building the two largest auto dealerships in the USA in Houston. At least one of my ex-employees at the biggest is/was a poster on here and busted me right after I signed up here. LOL!

I'm sure that is nothing compared to all your accomplishments but coming from a family of 9 with a father making $30. a week sorta made it sweet to me. And again I'm not worth a crap anymore. I'm my wife's yard man, garden man and gofer. Which doesn't even pay $30. a week. I've got some pretty simple rules of the road and ideas about people, one being a guy starting with nothing has nothing to lose (nothing from nothing leaves nothing) and everything to gain depending on how bad he wants it. And how much of his soul and energy he is willing to invest. So I started with a hell of an advantage over a guy like you who probably never went to bed hungry. And also would be far more likely to quit and give up before me since you've maybe got alternatives when I had none.
