The following coaches currently have not and may never do so.

Bret Bielema
Kevin Sumlin
Butch Jones
Hugh Freeze
Gary Pinkel
Mark Stoops

Does this mean Mike Dubose is better than these coaches or is Alabama just that good of a program?

The SEC was really down that year.

Doesn't Mike Dubose have vacated wins on his record while these coaches do not?

I'm still trying to figure out how he beat Spurrier twice in the same season.

Nope, but he did beat a Steve Spurrier coached Florida team twice in one year on his way to that SEC Championship

That is one of the SEC's greatest mysteries.

7 of the 12 teams finished ranked in the final Top 25 poll.

Superiority. Unbelievable that clown almost won an Orange Bowl against one of the most talented Michigan teams of that decade.

In 2013 two east teams finished in the top 5, yet the east was down.

So...

Anytime South Carolina finishes in the Top 5 you know the conference is down.

I mean how do you lose by 7 to the #1 team and then lose by 28 to Dubose (and Shaun Alexander didn't even have a great game)?
