If she didn't, she is stupid, because whether her story is true or not, she should know it will be dismissed without irrefutable fact.

That's why it's more skeptical to me that she would create this story. Because it won't hold without proof

Never said there is no time for bias in a story. However, I am speaking of those who pretend they are offering an objective piece and it is clear it is anything but.

Mike Blanc Reacts quote: Mike Blanc Reacts Roberts reacts to Blanc's crawfishing: LINK quote: She trusted a alleged felon. That is where she got 100% of her information. That is 100% false. See above link.

That link does not show that 100% of the allegations did not come from a future felon. She said Blanc and Neiko were willing to use their names, but now changed there story, she does not provide facts, it is her word. She may believe what she wrote, but everyone denies it.

Also the only allegation that mentions a name is about Muschamp and he did not coach for Chizik.

Unless, of course, it's a brilliant scheme to claim it's true, but have no proof, in which case, it would at least be good publicity

I gotcha.

Wasn't trying to debate you, just clarifying my perspective.

It would almost certainly cost her her career if she did.

Her career? She's posting it on pokagogo.com.

You said all the info came from a felon. You even gave a specific amount of the info that came from the felon.

The number was 100%.

The link proves that to be factually incorrect. She lists a few of her sources.

Fewer than 100% of them are felons to my knowledge.

She has a blog, yeah.

And she is a credible journalist. You guys just don't like her because of this article.

She gets caught making shite up, she is no longer a credible journalist. . .and her career and prospects go poof

She's accustomed to it, though. She gotthe same attention when she outed A-Rod's steroid use.

All of the other sources deny saying it. The only one who has not denied it was an alleged felon. That is 100%. Who else is now backing her story. Who else is claiming they got money or a grade change? All the allegations came from the alleged felon.

Which she addresses.

And she stands by her account.

This ain't her first rodeo.

And she says round 2 is forthcoming.

She can't control who denies what.

But to say that since they deny it, they never said it. . .well. . .I wish I lived in our "invention of lying" fantasyland. I need to tell Beyonce that she has to marry me to save the species.

She has a lot of "former"s in her job description. I guess that's why she's writing for a blog now.

This is what I meant. Thank you.

Even if all of her info came from an alleged felon, he isn't necessarily an unreliable source.

The bigger deal is if she made up the others' quotes, her credibility is shot, and the story could be dismissed altogether.

Isn't round two more about boosters and most likely nothing to do with allegations? Looking forward to her work. It has to be legit no doubt.

After the article’s publication, it became apparent that Roberts had misquoted and stretched the words of former Auburn football players, including linebacker Neiko Thorpe, defensive end Mike Blanc and linebacker Darren Bates. The players took to Twitter to defend themselves and accuse Roberts of her questionable reporting.

With players denying the validity of Roberts’ quotes and interpretation of the program, either Roberts or the parties involved are lying or covering up their involvement. With McNeil’s trial next week, the coincidence of the publication this week seems unlikely.

So do most all journalists.

So I should accept the report from an Auburn blog, over that of the blog of a longtime serious journalist?

She may simply have wanted to be her own boss and left working other places. I would love to be able to get decent pay off a blog. How much easier could it be?
