What the frick? Haha Mike Anderson out coached Roy Williams and his 14 five star players that whole game. I think they were just tired as frick at the end, they had like 4 players cramp up, props to Arky and Anderson. If not for the refs, they would have won.

I mean I'm not trying to take a successful season away from Anderson, but this is patently false

Really? I was always a big fan of the play Anderson drew up for UAB in the 2004 NCAA tourney in the upset of 1 seed Kentucky where Ronell Taylor stole the ball at the baseline and threw it backwards over his head to midcourt where his identical twins Donell Taylor was waiting all alone for the ball and proceeded to take the ball untouched to the basket and slam it in.

Yup, identical twins telepathy just like Anderson drew up in practice

I think they had slightly better talent than we did.

Just a tad.

In for those saying Anderson has been a success at AR. One tourney win every 3 years. Other years miss the dance completely.
Let's give him a raise

I've Never seen Hog team that gassed ever. Hogs depth didn't help much in that track meet brawl.

Some bad calls definitely went against Arkansas there at the end. The blocked shot that went out of bounds with 1:11 left was reviewed. And the refs still got it wrong.

Yep...the blue bloods of basketball seem to get the calls and it's a shame.

Ummm...yea we do.

According to 247 recruiting profiles

Moses Kingsley 4*
Anton Beard 4*
Jaylen Barford 4*
Arlando Cook 4*
Daryl Macon 4*

The whistle swallow on the shoulder down charge might very well have changed the outcome of the game.

I hate blaming refs and yes we still could have done multiple of other things through the the game to win. But I believe that call put the game in their hands. The 2009 Florid game and this game are just ludicrous.

Swallowed whistle twice on that same play.

Charge and 5 steps taken, which is a travel in all college games.
