Actually Ohio St isn't only going to lose to Michigan, they are going to lose to Penn State. You heard it here first. This QB kid Drew Allar is the real deal. The lions return a ton of talent from a team that finished strong and mopped the floor with a talented Utah team in the bowl. The Suckeyes are going to be lucky to end up 3rd best in the Little 10.

Silly. Focus on the next game or you will never play Georgia.

No one is being anyone in the SEC any time soon. USC is the one team I could see rising up.

Maybe they should start with a "Beat TCU" practice and go from there

Kirby said it best-
“We ain’t practicing to beat SOMEBODY, we’re practicing to beat EVERYBODY!!”
“We ain’t practicing to beat SOMEBODY, we’re practicing to beat EVERYBODY!!”

Are we sure about this? All of his high school records were immediately broken by the kid who replaced him and they didn't skip a beat.

Start by not picking boogers and eating them on TV

OSU was a missed 48 yard FG from beating UGA last year.
UGA missed 2 FGs that were normally made which would have made the one that OSU missed meaningless. OSU also failed to get close enough to make the attempt easier. OSU played a helluva game they simply came up short. It happens. OSU whining about it lo these many months later is unseemly. Beat Michigan in the regular season and OSU would have probably made it into the Championship game...if ifs and buts were candy and nuts and all that...

UGA outscored them 18-3 in the 4th quarter and even one of their assistant coaches said UGA 'out-conditioned' them in the second half. That's what championship teams do. I won't go so far as to say they are both overrated, but they are certainly overmatched when they have faced SEC teams. We trashed Michigan. Then mopped the floor with TCU who hung 50+ on the same Michigan team that prison-raped Ohio St...2 years straight.
I think anyone would agree with that Bama and UGA are a step above the Big 10 elite. LSU, UT and Texas A&M?...eh, we'll see after this year.
LSU is in Georgia's and Alabama's stratosphere are as close as can be without being in it...they were, when right, better than OSU and Michigan last year. Kelly was in his first year at red stick...what they accomplished should not be dismissed. Yes they had some ups and downs but anyone questioning the talent at LSU, potential recruiting and Brian Kelly's ability to coach and prep is doing so at their own peril. You can bet that no coach in the nation who could beat LSU discounts LSU....
I am not sold on UT. I think UGA shined the light on their gimmick offense and its unlikely that UGA, Alabama and even USC wont have defenses going forward that do not give UT an advantage. I could be wrong.
I am sold on ATM. Jimbo is not a winner. Inherited a Cadillac in FSU and converted it into a Yugo. Couple that with job security (no impetus to improve) and the egos of texans with money who are influencers at ATM and ATM is in a bad spot and will be until they find the right combination of football coach with skills to win AND the ability to handle the boosters at ATM...the latter is a monumental effort unless ATM has a special kind of Texan with money...and that is doubtful.

THIS!!!!!!!! Read this post carefully Buckeye fans. I brought this up to the other goofball guy but he lacked the brain cells (apparently) to comprehend it.
It's amusing to watch some if you act like you know anything about football, pretending that "making catches" is the only impact he had out there.

You should listen to what your coach said after the game.

Tennessee would have track ran around and over Michigan with Hooker at QB last year. Ohio State would have been a lot tougher matchup for us.
Doesn’t really matter, you can’t even win the SECE.

OSU was literally a missed field goal from beating a team who went perfect in the SEC in Atlanta.
Every team outside of UGA is overrated if that is overrated
UGA left 6 points on the field via missed FGs. OSU left 3. UGA won by 1. The only reason the OSU missed FG is remembered is because of the timing...had it happened to end the second quarter we'd either be talking about how UGA stopped a game winning TD drive or how one or the other won the game in OT. It was heartbreaking for certain for OSU and thrilling for UGA but it did not take place in a vacuum.
There is also way too little consideration given to the fact that UGA was down in the game twice by a considerable margin and managed to come back and win. That is the heart of a champion while OSU displayed the heart of a determined contender...the latter is usually going to be bested by the former in most contests down the stretch.

That rare time a coach did the coach speak thing? Never happens in sports, am I right?

It wasn't fricking coach speak. Even the people asking him the questions were surprised they weren't getting coach speak from him.

That being said, elite pass games have easily been UGA’s biggest weakness under Kirby. It still seems as if that’s one major thing Kirby hasn’t been able to stop as a head coach.
I agree that capable passing attacks can give UGA trouble....elite passing offenses give everyone trouble, especially in CFB. UGA is as close to lock down against the run and short passing game as anyone can get...and I suspect analytics suggest that the odds of consistently completing passes more than 15 yards down field is way less than running the ball and short passing game to move the chains. If you gotta have a weakness UGAs is about as manageable as one gets. Allowing 5-6 yards per play is way more conducive to getting that arse spanked than averaging 2-3 and giving up 4-5 BIG plays against an elite passing team. 5-6 yards per play is a grind late in the game and often those 5 yard plays turn into 15-20 late in the game...

Wait 'til they break out the 'We Want Georgia' chants.
It will be to much for one sufferer of Dooley/Munson Derangement Syndrome to overcome LOL....younger fans are fortunate that doubt is firmly implanted in the DNA of older Dawg fans...luckily the team is comprised of folks who probably do not even know what the syndrome is...

But no team is going to have 4-5 first round wide receivers or 4-5 top RBs who are capable of beating a team as good as UGA. I'm more just saying it's not a huge blowout in the 2nd half. The 4th quarter was because OSU didn't have many viable offensive weapons left
Didn’t y’all win a national title with a 3rd string QB?
The luxury of the power programs is that they recruit to an exponential level that gives them depth that 98% of teams don’t have. It’s why there’s only about 6-10 teams in the country that can realistically win a national title every year.
UGA won 2 natty's with at best a third string QB. Injuries are part of the game...that is why quality depth matters, especially down the stretch.

Why do UGA fans shite on Stetson so much? You are going to see this year how much some of you took him for granted. He was special imo. One of the rare guys who plays his best in big time moments.

As someone who lived through our DuBose/Franchione/Shula years, I feel you baw.
In my case being a basketball fan also adds to the excitement, because that nagging feeling of an epic collapse being right around the corner just never seems to go away.
