Will wait and see on this. Honestly might be the best decision on his part.

And yes, I think Mullen would be the top name on UF's list.

Not retiring. Wants to make sure the streak over UK gets to 30 in a row first.

I'm hearing rumblings Gene Chizik is headed back to his alma mater. Who will be the next rat to jump ship before it sinks?

Gus Malzahn
Trooper Taylor
Curtis Luper
Ted Roof

too bad he didnt quit before the season like he first intended.
His legacy is a bit tarnished now, but in time those couple of championships and Utah's undefeated season will stand out.

IF he really is retiring and its not for real health reasons, he is the biggest pussy I have ever seen for a coach.

Not for FL fans...yet. One more shiite season of complete ineptitude with all that talent and you'll hear us questioning his return from retirement.

I think he can right the ship. We are hearing good things about a change of O direction. I.E. more of a passing game is desired (no shite right) so that means Adazzi can't stay as OC.

This is the grand ole question Does the coach make the players better or do the players make the coach look like a genius.

It is a combination. As long as a coach recruits with the scheme, or is willing to change the scheme for the recruits he has, he will look like a genius.

The way recruiting is now, a coach better be willing to change schemes. It is all about winning the recruiting title now. It doesn't seem to matter if the player fits as long as he comes with stars next to his name.

At LSU Saban was king until he didn't go after RP. When Miles got him I remember a lot of fans saying it would be ok if he had a sub par first year just becausehe was able to get RP.

We all know how that turned out.

Meyer is not the great coach everyone thinks he is. His reason for a winning program was Dan Mullen as the OC. Now that C Dan is gone, Fla is going down without him and Miss State is going up.

Florida should work out a deal with Mullen and then force UM to retire.

I have never seen such a bitch as a coach. He has more drama with him then Brett Favre and the poor pitful me cr@p he pulls.

The majority of the "drama" this year has been manufactured by overzealous Auburn insiders trying to deflect attention away from their program's brewing scandals...
