Like Greg McElroy and Ken Dorsey right? How'd those "winners" do in the league. Hell John Parker Wilson (who is actually better than McElroy) had an undefeated regular season under saban.

You do realize every QB on that list, except maybe Mett, would have a record equal to AJ playing for alabama right? When you hand it off to to 1st round backs behind a line of 1st rounders and a defensive that on an off night allows 10 points it's not that hard to win.

WhyTF are people so stupid?

McCarron is the first SEC QB taken due to measurables alone.

What? No. This year was he first time in AJ's career where he threw multiple tds , three games in a row. While I think AJ will be good pro qb , if we are going on strictly measurables, Mett goes first by far.

Manziel is the only one that has a chance at being a franchise QB. I think he's worth a shot in the first. The rest of them should probably go in the late 2nd or 3rd.

You clearly don't know what to look for in a pro qb. JM does Not have a good arm( average), his throwing motion is horrible( throws the football like a baseball sometimes), and his footwork is average at best. He is also small as hell.

AJ throws this better than most anyone in CFB.

No. He throws the short out route the best. The 9 route is One of AJ's weaknesses and it's not really a weakness it's just average. BUT he throws the 8-10 yard out route better than anyone. He is accurate and that's something you can't teach.

McElroy
McCarron is the poor man´s McElroy. He slings the ball too low (his motion, from where he lets it go). He´ll bust.

McElroy is the TCU ginger, isn´t he? The one that went to Cincinnati.

Personally, I think Murray and McCarron will be the most successful NFL QB's. JFF I think is gonna get killed. Mett seems brittle.

What? He has never missed a game and lsu's oline has allowed him to be hit a good bit. He is 6'5 230. He has been sacked the 4th most times of any sec qb an he never missed a game or come out of a game due to injury.

AJ has thrown for more than 190 yards only 3 times this year. Mett has almost 600 more yards than AJ with LESS ATTEMPTS.

like someone said, JM could be the top of the list or the last of these guys. I'd expect the first but depends on which team needs what most.

I think mcarron and mett are a wash with Murray's injury putting him last.

You're talking about Andy Dalton. McElroy was Bamas QB.

And Mett has 14 interceptions on 626 attempts vs. McCarron's 13 on 967.

Less TD's when comparing just the seasons they both started by a score of 53>34. Completion percentage of Mett is 58.8 and 65.0 to McCarron's 67.2 and 68.6.

thank you. He reminds me of Dalton. A winner, but I don´t think he´s of that calibre, as a pro. I may be wrong, and all the gumps will jump all over my shite, but I don´t think I am.

AJ is the king of dump passes. That's why Mett has a far better y/ attempt. Mett has the 5th highest qb rating in all of football.

Also I replied to a post saying AJ would be the first qb taken based solely on measurables. Mett has better measurables than AJ.
I think AJ will be a good pro.

Your using Mett's first year of sec experience against AJ's second.
