Seems like a set-up by the so-called victim. And seems like Mel is dumber than dirt.
My two oldest girls are big time attorneys. My youngest is a Phd, Dr in Clinical Psychology. I've heard them discuss things over holidays dinners that leave no doubts in my mind ... never trust women. Even they admit, most young women these days have some serious issues.

Here is a pretty good account of both sides of the story, They are, obviously, 180 degrees opposite. Both are believable enough to question which side is true or if the truth is in the middle somewhere.
In any event, it was incredibly dumb of Tucker.
