I love it.

First they announce they're retiring Cam's # and now they're claiming NCs.

Brilliant play to do everything possible to distract fans from the upcoming season. Would love to know who the brain trust is behind these PR campaigns.

This is so amazing. After all of those years of hysterical screaming about other teams’ claims, Auburn just became the indisputable leader of bogus claims in the country. No one else comes close.

I’m glad you’re enjoying it. Just following our big brothers lead as you guys would like to call us.

12 undefeated seasons vs 11 undefeated seasons. Yet like I mentioned earlier we are the one stretching national championships. Right, Right? Clown world

And that is all while playing the most difficult schedule for years and years. For years Auburn played Bama, UT, UGa, and UF. UF, UGA, and Bama in 3 straight games. Called Amen Corner by Coach Dye
Doesn't this now mean those other teams actually played the most difficult schedule? Having to play one of the most storied 9x national champion programs in CFB history every year?

As stated in other threads, if we use your AD's criteria, we're at like 33 NCs. So, clown world indeed!

Not achieved or not we would have beat USC in 2004. We were denied the chance.

You have to be kidding me. That USC team was a top 10 all time squad. Not a chance Auburn stays within ten points.

We only have 12 undefeated seasons to go with our 9 national championships. How many does bammer have? Oh that’s right 11 undefeated seasons. But we are stretching our national championships? Right lol

Now do UGA

What’s your reasoning on this? The prior season in 2003 where they defeated us. Well UGA defeated us in 2003 as well then we went on to mud stomp UGA in 2004.

Oklahoma and Auburn lead the conference in undefeated seasons at 12 each.

For reference UF has zero and 3 national titles

Yeah, because they cheated. So they had the championship stripped and it was awarded to the rightful champion. Like what happens in every other sport when people are caught cheating.

When you are in the same state as the most successful football program in college football history, it puts pressure on you to do this. Kudos to AU for lasting as long as they did.

Ok go for it. No one cares. We as Auburn fans certainly don’t.
