it's worse when you look at how he was going at a player but the fact is franklin and grantham both almost started a brawl on the field and that is inexcusable for both parties

don't get me wrong, the defense is certainly one of the best in the SEC but the stats are inflated and even i was goaded into believing the hype myself. this is not to say we cannot improve to be a great unit but more to take away from grantham

i never have liked grantham so when he goes and brings unwanted attention to us then it pisses me off

and also i have personal anecdotes of why i don't like him but people here think i make it up so why bother. he is an arse whom i have 0 respect for as a person and only marginally as a DC

ETA: i know several vandy and uga players, csb i know and you have to just take me for my word, but from what i hear is franklin went after shawn williams because he and others were jawing at the vandy sideline and cursing at franklin so after the game he let into williams and grantham went ballistic which i would be cool with if he done with the slightest display of composure

frick it i'll say my other csb, my buddies mom who plays for vandy was in the parents section and for some odd reason that is behind the UGA sideline and from all the parents i talked too they all said at the end grantham came over to them and pointed screaming "frick yall". you don't have to believe me, i am an internet poster with a story that no one else has heard. i believe it because i know the people who told me, but from here what you take from this is your own assertion

If this was a first-time incident, it wouldn't make it right but I could see being a little more forgiving. But this is now twice with the throat-slash against Florida (and those are only the "public" occurences), I think Grantham deserves to be either fired or seriously punished.

No major college coach should act that way IMO. It's embarassing to the University of Georgia.

Regardless of what Franklin may have said, you have to keep your composure....especially when the cameras are on you and you are representing a University and a program.

idc what vandy does, that is their deal, i just hope UGA does something

then i absolutely agree. franklin was every bit as much a part of that and the fact he is the HBC as opposed to a coordinator should really put more onus on him but grantham has the past. and looked more like a bitch.
