Im hearing it from multiple places. I don’t know how imminent but our major donors and the administration are done with him after his comments this week. Things have been bad for a while but the losing has exacerbated the issues.

The fact he has won two SEC East championships has no weight? Tings are tough in Gainesville. No one is going to want to coach there.

The East titles the last 2 years are watered down and mean nothing. Just ask the secr.

Yeah, but could a coach shoot himself in the foot more than McElwain has done recently? From multiple players involved in legal issues to his lies about the death threats. You just get the feeling it's one of those "Yeah, I don't want to be here and you don't want me to be here. So lets just end this shite".

McElwain's behavior was certainly odd in his final year. Agree he may have wanted out. Meyer had a similar melt down in his final year but he claimed it was due to health concerns. I have said it once and I will say it again... Good luck to UF with finding a coach. I don't know who would want to coach at UF. The pressure is beyone intense and the fanbase is out of control. No money in the world would be worth it.
