I think the only caffeine I've had today was two cokes and my PWO.
Two days ago was a bit different, as I pulled an all nighter. I was downing cokes and coffee and had a redbull once I got to campus.

I started having an arrhythmia, and that's what caused me to give up caffeine for a while.
The shaking and horrible headaches for 3 days are what caused me to give it up forever.

I withdraw if I don't have caffeine. I have to have it every day. I usually only drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning and maybe a coke or 2 during the day.
When I'm drinking, I drink a lot of red bull mixed with liquor.
