Plumlee is 1/3 the passer Corral is and Corral ran for 170 yards against you. Not sure why you would bring in Plumlee. Corral had a terrible 1st half but still put up 400 yards of offense and led a crippled Ole Miss team back to take the lead with under 2 minutes left almost entirely on his own.

What Corral actually has is a chance to be a 1st or 2nd rounder in 2022.

Agreed. Kid balled out. The only reason WAOM lost was bad play calling by The Train in the end.

Corral threw a int for every 34 yds he rushed. That's a problem. However, faking the pass and running Corral would have been a good strategy. Lots of rpo's.

Ole miss is such a joke. Their fans believe their school and team are so elite when it’s most certainly not. They think they’re Bama in football, vandy in academia and LSU at partying.

How do y’all think you’d of done with Plumlee under center this year. With good speed lane’s instruction I thought y’all had a lethal combo coming.

1-9. There’s just no comparison when it comes to arm talent.

The defense was not very good to put it mildly. I wonder how solid, sound defense will affect Lane’s strategy. I get though don’t always agree with the analytics approach but will it stay the same with a competent to eventually one day good defense?

Corral doesn’t have near the measurables to be drafted that high. His ceiling as a QB is pretty low at the next level. He’s not any better than Taamu was. He just has better coaching.

Not saying he will be drafted that high, but your point about measurables is a bad one when you consider in just the last few years guys like Tua, Kyler, and Baker were all top 5 picks. The measurables are not as make or break as they once were. The success of players like Brees and Wilson has shown you don’t have to be 6’5 230 to be a long tenured QB in the NFL today.

He seems like a decent kid when you listen to him talk. He does have a lot of potential.

That said, he sort of looks like one of those punks who would ride up to you on a skateboard in the park and try and sell you a really crappy beat mix tape.

Those guys have much, much stronger arms than Corral. That’s a measurable as well. Measurables aren’t limited to height and weight

You’re dead wrong about his arm strength. The throw he had against my gamecocks was incredible from an arm strength perspective

Corral has the strongest arm in the SEC. What a dumb take.

This is a joke of a statement so we know you are a troll. Corral has an NFL level arm per many draft analysts. Can wing it 65-70 yards in the air.

Btw: Patrick Mahomes, Russell Wilson, Drew Brees and Tua all say you are full of feces!

Corral can spin it 70 yards in the air on a dime with ease but his more important attribute is he has an incredible amount of zip on intermediate 10-20 yard passes and can release it quickly from different angles.

He has to be more consistent learning to read a zone and take his checkdowns but these are extremely coachable concepts and he did great at these 6/9 games.
