This shows how you can prove anything with statistics.
The numbers are for real but taken out of context are meaningless.
The stat to look at are the number of boneheaded mistakes each guy makes.
For example, Manning getting flagged for throwing the ball past the LOS twice in one quarter versus Mateer's fumbles and INTs.
Mateer is directly responsible for the two losses. Manning is responsible was at least two wins.

It has nothing to do with Mateer…Everyone knows he has looked like garbage.
The surprising thing is how pedestrian, and even bad at times, that Manning - and by extension the Texas offense - has looked, while still taking care of business somehow.

Thinking playing Michigan (who lost to Western Michigan and Iowa) is similar to playing Tenner, is smooth brain activity. Thinking second half stats against Georgias third string are the same as Arch’s while also not counting all of Mateers turnovers is smooth brain activity.
Like I said, you lack the ability to critically think, which is probably due to a smooth brain.

So in reality he did better against your 1st team defense no need to make stuff up
He actually passed well in first half but he gave the ball away was the problem
