Oh man, poor little fella. He doesn’t mind repeating his mantras a thousand times over, but god forbid this lady ask him about the Qb situation three times. He is a jackass

That question she asked at the end of the game was a clever way of asking: "Who is the starter from here on?"
Which is essentially the same question they have been asking since the end of the national championship game.

wrong......it was a simple question about how the QB's played in this game.
She asked him who the starting QB was going to be 30 seconds before KO. saban came with a dick answer that time too.

I felt like he was talking to the whole media through her. But he didn't make it clear that he wasn't trying to single her out.
He also was putting the focus on himself and taking it off of the team. With the way Ole Miss looked with Ta'amu (spelling), Saban knows that might be a really tough game in two weeks.
And remember, Saban has said many times that every time he rants to the media, there is a reason for what he's doing. But, I think it's good that he reached out to her, but I also feel like it wasn't that big of a deal and she took it in stride.

Maria Taylor's job is to ask questions. How Saban or any other person being interviewed answers/gives non-answers/gets pissed off is up to them. Saban got pissed and Maria Taylor handled it like a professional.

Spot on. I understand he’s human and understand he’s annoyed. But we have a body of evidence when it comes to Saban and the media. Usually I laugh, because some of the things he says are genuinely funny, and I’m all for putting down a reporter who asks a dumb question.
But Maria was simply doing her job and asking a question that everyone, bama fans included, want to know the answer to. It’s really not that hard to deflect these questions away without being a complete arse about it. People in all kinds of careers have to learn how to be cordial and treat people with respect even when you’d rather give them a piece of your mind.
And yes, he only gets a pass because of his status. Many of the greats are dicks to the media. Belichick and Pop come to mind. Saban is definitely the worst though.
